Website Structure

The website structure presents the basic environment for the Content Editors. The left side of the screen displays panel where you can manage pages in the tree structure, add a new one or delete one. On the right side of the screen you can see page's content and buttons – let’s take a closer look on their functionality.

  • New Page - the green [+] button next to page's name is for creating a new page below the current page in the tree structure.
  • Delete Page - red trash can button next to page's name deletes the current page, all content and assets, deleted will be also all children pages.
  • Change Name and URL - the pencil button above the page's content on the right side of the screen - changing URL all links to children pages will be recalculated.

Buttons in the top right corner:

  • Publish/Unpublish - we can find the Publish/Unpublish button in the top right corner of the screen. Unpublished pages are highlighted in the tree structure.
  • Template Settings - wrench button next to the Publish button. With it you can manage template settings and disable/enable editors for the specific sites. E.g. On the home page you can enable to edit main Menu - see the screen below.
  • Document Details - the "i" button offers details about document ID, used template and also enables you to add/change page icon.
  • Refresh - rreloads page's content and loads saved changes.
  • Open Link - with the Open Link button you are able to preview page in the new tab.

  • Save Changes - saves all changes made in the content.
